If i talk about my daily life it may sounds like its boring but trust me its amazing than being inside a single room and being into Netflix 24*7. That doesn’t mean I’m not into Netflix but less.
My day starts with a glass of hot water with lime juice added on it, it helps you to stay fit and energetic all day and it also removes all the toxin from your body and helps in fat reduction. I heard that if cancer is genetic in your family, drinking of hot lime water on regular basis helps you to prevent that, that is also a reason why i take it on regular basis since i was on 9th standard.
After I have the lime water I prefer to brush and then start doing my exercise, as I,m not a gym person so its really important to do something to stay fit. I prefer skipping ,coz its fun and best. And i also do a lot of exercise like :
- 5 -6 crunches
- 5 push-ups
- 30 sec of plank
- 10 jumping jacks
- 15 arm circles
- 5 mountain climbers
- 5-6 bicycle crunches
- better 3 times of Suraya Namaskar
